Over the past 20+ years, Anne Veloso has built a progressive HR career and held senior leadership roles in the financial services industry. She has a demonstrated track record of working internally with leadership teams to build strong employer brand presence and achieve business objectives. At the center of it all was the continuous development of people.
Retiring from corporate HR life at the end of 2020, Anne established Calibrate People + Culture. On a selective basis, Anne supports growing organizations that have emerging leadership teams keen to make talent development part of their business strategy. Using Everything DiSC®, Anne works with teams to share how DISC can help decode people's communication preferences and explain why people behave the way they do. Powered with this knowledge, individuals gain insight about themselves and how small adjustments can make big impacts to improve interactions with others.
